What is a Doula?
A doula is a support person for women and their partners throughout pregnancy and labor. They offer emotional, physical, and evidence based support and education. I will teach you and your partner comfort techniques for pregnancy and labor, be available for questions throughout your pregnancy via phone calls and text, and am on call for your birth from 38-42 weeks.

Having a baby is a huge life event!
I'll be with you each step of the way to guide you through the planning stage and then to support your plan during the labor and delivery.

I provide a judgement free zone.
I want you to feel confident in your choices and be empowered with or without me by your side. Whether you want a home-birth, a hospital birth with an epidural, are having a planned cesarean section or even if this is baby number 5 for you etc. everyone can benefit from having a doula...partners included.
